Lee's creditor clients include businesses, credit unions and other financial institutions, and individuals. He understands that his clients' success depends on the timely payment by their customers, and has established a reputation for successfully collecting debts in a cost-effective and ethical manner. In his real estate practice, Lee has represented individuals, business owners, developers, and real estate entrepreneurs. He is a Real Estate Specialist certified by the Real Property Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, and has been recognized for the breadth of his knowledge and experience in real estate matters. Lee has earned a reputation as a hard-working, trustworthy, and zealous advocate. His diligent, detail-oriented approach has yielded excellent results for his clients.
Lee is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Minnesota, and is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of eligible to serve as arbitrator or mediator. Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota.
